In my most recent role as a Social Media and Design Specialist at Jenkins Restorations, I successfully increased social media reach by 3.2k% on Facebook and 1.6k% on Instagram, and achieved a 123.1k% growth on Facebook for our subsidiary, Jenkins Environmental. These results stemmed from a combination of strategic content creation and targeted paid campaigns. I leveraged my skills in performance analytics, cross-team collaboration, and creative design using tools like Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign to enhance brand visibility. In addition to social media management, I took on new challenges such as directing, filming, and editing a testimonial video, and representing the company at major events like the Texas Apartment Association Conference, helping secure over 200 new industry contacts. I'm passionate about learning new skills and adapting to the ever-evolving digital landscape to drive continued success.
